Founder Phil Molloy is a creative producer, writer, and script editor, specialising in film and TV for children and families. With over 20 years of experience, he has worked with or on productions for BBC, Disney, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Cartoon Network, Nick Jr, France TV, ZDF, as well as films with a theatrical release. For many years he was head of creative development for Hit Entertainment, Mattel, and currently Submarine Animation, and has worked with many internationally respected studios. Phil has also written award-winning advertising campaigns and music videos, and worked on primetime documentaries for ITV and BBC.
